摘要
针对目前温室环境控制系统研究中存在的算法单一、精度不足、效率过低、时滞较长等问题,本文基于模糊PID控制算法与物联网的调控设计研究了低成本、高可靠性的温室环境智能监控系统。该系统以PID控制算法为基础,引入了模糊控制算法,利用模糊控制算法不需要过于精确到数学模型又能迅速控制的特点,克服了传统PID算法具有的大超调量,长超调时间等显著缺点,在保证控制精度的前提下既能缩短控制时间又提高了抗干扰的能力。
Aiming at the problems of single algorithm,insufficient precision,low efficiency and long time delay in the research of greenhouse environmental control system,this paper studies a low-cost and high-reliability greenhouse ambient intelligence monitoring system based on fuzzy PID control algorithm and regulation design of Internet of Things.This system is based on PlD control algorithm,introduces fuzzy control algorithm,and makes use of the characteristics that fuzzy control algorithm can control quickly without being too accurate to mathematical model,which overcomes the obvious shortcomings of traditional PID algorithm such as large overshoot and long overshoot time,and can shorten control time and improve anti-interference ability on the premise of ensuring control accuracy.
