聚乙二醇对复合改性煤沥青性能的影响研究

摘要 采用聚乙二醇和石油沥青对中温煤沥青进行了复合改性,研究了聚乙二醇分子量对复合改性煤沥青性能的影响。采用傅里叶红外广谱(FT-IR)表征了不同聚乙二醇改性的复合改性煤沥青中表面官能团变化,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了不同聚乙二醇分子量改性煤沥青的热稳定性能,采用荧光显微镜分析了聚乙二醇在煤沥青中的分布形态。随着聚乙二醇分子量由400增加到2000,复合改性煤沥青软化点增加,针入度减小,延度减小。聚乙二醇作为改性剂可以有效提高煤沥青的低温性能,聚乙二醇分子量为600时,改性煤沥青相态均匀稳定,综合性能较好。 The soft coal pitch was compositely modified by using polyethylene glycol and asphalt to study the influence of molecular weight of polyethylene glycol on the performance of composite modified coal pitch.The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to determine the changes of surface functional groups,the Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)was performed to study the thermal stability,and the fluorescence microscope was used to analyze the distribution of polyethylene glycol in coal pitch.With the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol increasing from 400 to 2000,among the three indexes of the composite modified coal pitch,the softening point increased,the penetration and ductility decreased.As a modifier,the polyethylene glycol can effectively improve the low temperature performance of coal pitch,and when its molecular weight is 600,the modified coal pitch has uniform and stable phase state,and has better comprehensive performance.
