摘要
依托某在建高速公路,通过检测沥青混合料施工过程中各档热料级配和沥青含量,对其变异性进行分析,并用灰色关联法研究集料筛孔通过率和沥青含量对沥青混合料空隙率的影响。研究结果表明,集料的16 mm筛孔、13.2 mm筛孔、0.15 mm筛孔、0.075 mm筛孔和沥青含量对空隙率关联度高,对沥青混合料性能影响较大,在施工过程中需严格控制。
Based on a highway under construction,its variability was analyzed by detecting each hot materials gradation and asphalt content during the construction of the asphalt mixtures.Through the gray correlation method,the effects of the pass rate of the aggregate screen mesh and the asphalt content on the void ratio of asphalt mixtures was studied.The research results show that aggregate screen mesh sizes of 16 mm,13.2 mm,0.15 mm,0.075 mm,and the asphalt content have high correlation with the void ratio,and have great effects on the performance of asphalt mixtures,so they need to be strictly controlled.
