我国高速公路发展逐步由建设转向养护,安全生产费用的有效使用是高速公路运营企业安全生产工作的基本保障,对保证高速公路运营安全具有重要意义。剖析了高速公路运营安全生产费用使用中存在的问题及产生的原因,研究提出了高速公路运营安全生产费用使用范围及使用细目。

The development of China’s expressway is gradually from construction to maintenance,and the effective use of the safety production costs is the basic guarantee of the safety production in expressway operation enterprises,which is of great significance to expressway operation safety.This paper analyzed problems existing in the use of expressway operation safety production costs and their causes,and put forward the range and details of the use of expressway operation safety production costs.
