结核菌素试验结合胸部DR在某高校学生肺结核筛查中的应用

Application of Tuberculin Test Combined with Chest DR in the Screening of Tuberculosis among College Students

目的探讨结核菌素试验结合胸部DR在某高校学生肺结核筛查中的应用效果,为日后高校防范肺结核疾病提供参考。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月就读于该高校的1555名学生,均接受结核菌素(PPD)试验及胸部DR检查。结果1555名大学生结核菌素试验阳性率为9.58%,其中男性、女性结核菌素试验阳性率分别为10.06%、8.82%;149例经结核菌素试验显示强阳性者均接受胸部DR检查,显示有14例学生出现肺结核病灶,其中3例为陈旧性肺结核。结核病灶多位于单侧,经痰菌涂片检查显示为阴性,胸部DR肺结核检出率为0.90%(14/1555),对于已经由结核菌素试验显示强阳性的男生,有6例经胸部DR检出肺结核,检出率6.25%,经结核菌素试验显示出强阳性的女生,有8例经胸部DR检出肺结核,检出率15.09%,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用结核菌素试验结合胸部DR是在高校大学生中筛查肺结核的重要方法,可尽早发现潜伏性结核感染者,有效避免肺结核病在大学内广泛传播。

Objective To explore the application effect of tuberculin test combined with chest DR in the screening of tuberculosis among college students,and to provide references for preventing tuberculosis in colleges and universities in the future.Methods A total of 1555 students enrolled in the university from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and all received tuberculin(PPD)test and chest DR examination.Results The positive rate of tuberculin test for 1555 college students was 9.58%,among which the positive rates of tuberculin test for male and female were 10.06%and 8.82%respectively;149 patients who showed strong positive tuberculin test by tuberculin test received chest DR examination.There were 14 students with tuberculosis foci,3 of which were old tuberculosis.Tuberculosis lesions were mostly located on one side,and the sputum smear test was negative.The detection rate of chest DR tuberculosis was 0.90%(14/1555).For boys who had been strongly positive by the tuberculin test,6 cases had passed through the chest Tuberculosis was detected in DR,with a detection rate of 6.25%.Among the girls who showed a strong positive tuberculin test,8 cases of tuberculosis were detected in chest DR with a detection rate of 15.09%.There was not statistically significant difference between the two(P>0.05).Conclusion The tuberculin test combined with chest DR is an important method for screening tuberculosis among college students.It can detect latent tuberculosis infections as soon as possible and effectively avoid the widespread spread of tuberculosis in universities.
