兴趣培养在妇产科护理带教中的效果分析

摘要 目的研究兴趣培养在妇产科护理带教中的操作方法和应用效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年4月在该院实习的实习生共100名。采用抽签法分成实验组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)两组,对照组采用常规带教方法进行带教;实验组使用兴趣培养教学法进行带教。出科时对两组实习生的授课反应、学习情况及自我评价情况进行对比。结果实验组实习生理论成绩(85.32±7.63)分、实践成绩(87.18±9.59)分、综合成绩(88.56±10.25)分明显高于对照组实习生理论成绩(81.28±7.71)分、实践成绩(79.36±9.26)分、综合成绩(80.45±9.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的教学反馈评分优良率为84%,远高于对照组教学反馈优良率56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.333,P=0.002)。实验组实习生的问题处理能力、团队合作能力、自主学习能力、学习兴趣培养能力评分均高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理的带教中应用兴趣培养教学法能显著提高实习生的成长速度和学习水平,激发实习生的学习兴趣与自主学习意识,增强了学生团队合作、处理问题的能力,提升授课反馈优良率。 Objective To study the operation methods and application effects of interest training in nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 100 interns in the hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 are selected.100 interns were divided into two groups:experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by lottery.The control group was taught by conventional teaching methods;the experimental group was taught by interest-building teaching methods.Comparing the teaching response,learning situation and self-evaluation of the two groups of interns when leaving the department.Results The theoretical score(85.32±7.63)points,the practical score(87.18±9.59)points,and the comprehensive score(88.56±10.25)points of the intern in the experimental group were significantly higher than the theoretical score(81.28±7.71)points and the practical score of the control group(79.36±9.26)points,comprehensive score(80.45±9.82)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of teaching feedback in the experimental group was 84%,which was much higher than the 56%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.333,P=0.002).The scores of problem-solving ability,teamwork ability,independent learning ability,and learning interest cultivation ability of the experimental group interns were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interest-cultivating pedagogy in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing can significantly improve the growth speed and learning level of interns,stimulate interns’interest in learning and self-learning awareness,and enhance students’teamwork and problem-solving capabilities,improve the excellent rate of teaching feedback.
