摘要
目的评定临床护理教学管理中应用分层次护理教学模式的价值。方法选取2019年1—9月期间在该院护理实习生共计68名作为探究对象,根据抽签法将护理实习生分为实验组和对照组,每组34名。对照组采用常规带教方式,实验组采用了分层次护理教学模式,分析两组实习生的带教结果。结果对照组护理实习生的实践考核成绩评分低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的理论考核成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组带教满意得分和对照组带教满意得分结果相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的临床能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理教学管理中应用分层次护理教学模式效果理想,分层次护理教学模式是能够有效提高实习生的综合成绩,提高实习生的临床能力,提高实习生的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the value of applying hierarchical nursing teaching model in clinical nursing teaching management.Methods Selected 68 nursing interns in the hospital during the period from January to September 2019 as the subjects of investigation.According to the lottery method,the nursing interns were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 34 nursing interns in each group.The control group adopts the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopts the hierarchical nursing teaching model.The results of the nursing interns in two groups were analyzed.Results The practice assessment scores of the nursing interns in the control group were lower than the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical ability of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the hierarchical nursing teaching model in clinical nursing teaching management has an ideal effect.The hierarchical nursing teaching model can effectively improve the comprehensive performance of interns,improve the clinical ability of interns,and increase the satisfaction of interns.
