A Qualitative Study on the Ability Requirements of Graduate Nurses in Tertiary Hospitals

目的了解三甲医院对研究生学历护士能力要求。方法该研究为质性研究现象学研究,目的抽样,问卷调查法和深入访谈法收集信息,采用扎根理论分析。结果提炼出4个主题。主题1:研究生学历护士工作现状(工作内容、医院看重能力、优劣势)。主题2:不同学位研究生表现(差异、医院倾向、共性)。主题3:研究生教育与临床(紧密性、临床经验重要性)。主题4:护理教育建议。该研究选择5所三甲医院护理部主管领导进行访谈。结果显示研究生学历护士职业发展更有潜力、更快、更好。短期上来说专业学位研究生略占优势,但长远来看科学学位研究生更占优势。结论研究生学历护士应重视临床实践,临床是护理教学、研究和管理的基础。建议高校增加研究生临床接触,适量增加信息管理、护理信息学、助产等领域教学,提高竞争力。

Objective To understand the competence requirements for postgraduate nurses in tertiary hospitals.Methods This research is a qualitative research phenomenological research,purpose sampling,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method to collect information,using grounded theory analysis.Results Four themes were refined.Theme 1:the working status of postgraduate nurses(job content,hospitals value ability,advantages and disadvantages).Theme 2:the performance of graduate students with different degrees(differences,hospital tendencies,commonalities).Theme 3:postgraduate education and clinical practice(intensity,importance of clinical experience).Theme 4:Nursing Education Recommendations.In this study,the leaders of the nursing department of 5 tertiary hospitals were selected for interviews.The results show that the professional development of postgraduate nurses has more potential,faster and better.In the short term,professional degree graduate students have a slight advantage,but in the long run,science degree graduate students have an advantage.Conclusion Postgraduate nurses should pay attention to clinical practice,which is the foundation of nursing teaching,research and management.It is recommended that colleges and universities increase the clinical contact of graduate students,and appropriately increase teaching in the fields of information management,nursing informatics,and midwifery to improve competitiveness.
