基于临床护理路径的内科护理带教模式与方法研究

摘要 目的临床护理带教中,通过临床护理路径进行教学,对取得的应用效果进行评价。方法将该院2018—2019年接收的80名护生作为该次研究的研究对象,按照随机数字法,将其进行平均分组,每组40名,对照组护生通过传统的带教模式进行教学,观察组护生通过临床护理路径进行教学,对两组护生的各项能力评分(操作技能评分、健康教育评分、沟通能力评分、服务态度评分、生活护理评分)以及理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩进行比较,从而对临床护理路径的优势进行评价。结果观察组护生的操作技能评分、健康教育评分、沟通能力评分、服务态度评分、生活护理评分分别为(14.06±2.72)分、(14.26±2.13)分、(15.82±2.43)分、(16.52±2.19)分、(14.06±2.13)分,各项评分显著高于对照组护生,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.364、6.259、5.825、5.359、6.594,P<0.05);观察组护生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩分别为(86.93±10.03)分、(84.16±8.95)分,对照组护生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩分别为(74.51±9.51)分、(74.81±7.58)分,观察组护生得分显著高于对照组护生,组间比较有统计学意义(t=7.825、7.649,P<0.05)。结论通过应用临床护理路径在临床护理带教中进行教学,护生的各项技能得到明显的提升。 Objective In clinical nursing teaching,teaching through clinical nursing path to evaluate the application effect.Methods From 2018 to 2019,80 nursing students in the hospital were taken as the research objects of this study.According to the random number method,they were divided into groups evenly.Each group consisted of 40 nursing students.The control group of nursing students was conducted through the traditional teaching mode.The observation group of nursing students taught through the clinical nursing path,and scored the various abilities of the two groups of nursing students(operating skills score,health education score,communication ability score,service attitude score,life nursing score),theoretical assessment scores and practice assessment results are compared to evaluate the advantages of the clinical nursing path.Results The operation skill score,health education score,communication ability score,service attitude score,and life nursing score of the nursing students in the observation group were(14.06±2.72)points,(14.26±2.13)points,(15.82±2.43)points,(16.52±2.19)points,(14.06±2.13)points,each score was significantly higher than the control group of nursing students.After comparison between the groups,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.364,6.259,5.825,5.359,6.594,P<0.05);the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the nursing students in the observation group were(86.93±10.03)points,(84.16±8.95)points,and the theoretical assessment scores and practical assessment scores of the nursing students in the control group were(74.51±9.51)points and(74.81±7.58)points respectively.The scores of the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After comparison between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.825,7.649,P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of clinical nursing pathways in clinical nursing teaching,the skills of nursing students have been significantly improved.
