护理风险防范培训在重症监护室护士带教中的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Nursing Risk Prevention Training in the Teaching of Nurses in Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨护理风险防范培训应用在重症监护室护士带教中的效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月该院重症监护室的65名进修护士作为对照组,均给予常规专科培训;另选取2018年6月—2019年6月重症监护室的67名进修护士作为观察组,在对照组基础上,给予护理风险防范培训。对比两组护士的护理工作质量、综合素质及护士差错发生情况。结果观察组护理工作质量、综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在重症监护室护士带教中应用护理风险防范培训,可提高护理工作质量及护士综合素质。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk prevention training in the teaching of nurses in intensive care unit.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,65 advanced nurses in the intensive care unit of the hospital were selected as the control group,all of whom were given regular specialist training;in addition,67 advanced nurses in the intensive care unit from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,on the basis of the control group,nursing risk prevention training was given.The nursing work quality,comprehensive quality and the occurrence of nurse errors of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The nursing quality and comprehensive quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing error rate of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk prevention training in the teaching of nurses in the intensive care unit can improve the quality of nursing work and the overall quality of nurses.
