摘要
目的分析在小儿内科护理教学中应用案例教学法教学的效果。方法遵循教学模式差异分组方式,于2019年6—12月择该院2019级护理专科85名学生分为对照组(42名,传统教学模式)和观察组(43名,案例教学法教学);观察两组学生考核成绩以及该次教学质量。结果观察组学生操作技巧、理论知识各指标得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学质量各指标得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对呼吸系统疾病护理知识掌握程度明显较对照组高(97.67%vs 83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿内科护理教学中,建议采纳案例教学法模式,在提高学生考核成绩、提升教学质量方面价值显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of case teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods Following the grouping method based on differences in teaching mode,85 students in the 2019 nursing specialty of the hospital from June to December 2019 were divided into control group(42 cases,traditional teaching mode)and observation group(43 cases,case teaching method);the assessment results and the quality of this teaching of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of the operation skills and theoretical knowledge of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each index of teaching quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the observation group had a significantly higher level of nursing knowledge of respiratory diseases than the control group(97.67%vs 83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric nursing teaching suggests the adoption of the case teaching method,has significant value in improving student assessment results and improving teaching quality.
