摘要
目的探讨开放式教学在肾内科护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月64名在医院肾内科进行实习的护生,将其随机分为传统组与开放组。比较两组护生的实习成绩、科室评价情况、对教学的满意度情况。结果两组护生的考核成绩、科室评价优秀率、对教学的满意度等开放组明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放式教学在肾内科护生带教中的应用效果较好,能提高护生的临床实践操作能力,提升科室护生的评价与护生对教学的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of open teaching in the teaching of nursing students in nephrology department.Methods From October 2018 to December 2019,selected 64 nursing students in the nephrology department of the hospital and randomly divided them into traditional group and open group.The internship performance,department evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The evaluation scores of the two groups of nursing students,the excellent rate of department evaluation,and the satisfaction with teaching were significantly higher in the open group than in the traditional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The open teaching has a better application effect in the teaching of nursing students in the nephrology department,improving the clinical practice ability of nursing students,improving the evaluation of nursing students by the department and the satisfaction of nursing students with teaching.
