阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练在中西医结合科实习护生中的应用

Application of Stage Target Teaching Combined with Scenario Simulation Training in Practice Nursing Students of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要 目的探究在中西医结合科实习护生中应用阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练的效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年10月期间在该院实习的68名中西医结合科实习护生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和参照组,各34名。参照组实习护生采取常规带教,试验组实习护生采取阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练,对比两组中西医结合科实习护生考核成绩和对带教效果的满意度。结果试验组中西医结合科实习护生病理知识(88.33±2.41)分、检查方法(92.24±1.68)分、基本护理操作(88.45±2.77)分、护患沟通能力(93.84±1.25)分及临床应变能力(90.35±2.31)分均显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组实习护生对带教满意度97.06%显著高于参照组76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合科实习护生带教过程中应用阶段性目标教学联合情景模拟训练可明显提高护生考核成绩和带教满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of applying staged goal teaching combined with scenario simulation training in the interns of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 68 interns who practiced in the hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 34 cases in each group.Nursing trainees in the reference group took regular teaching,and the trainees in the experimental group took stage-targeted teaching combined with scenario simulation training.The two groups of interns in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were compared with their assessment results and their satisfaction with the teaching effect.Results The experimental group had scores of pathological knowledge(88.33±2.41)points,examination methods(92.24±1.68)points,basic nursing operations(88.45±2.77)points,nurse-patient communication ability(93.84±1.25)points and clinical resilience(90.35±2.31)points were significantly better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of 97.06%of the nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged target teaching combined with scenario simulation training in the process of teaching intern nurses in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can significantly improve the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of nurses.
