The Role of Educational Nurses in the Development of ICU Nurses'Career Continuous Development Model

目的探索教育护士在ICU护士职业持续发展模式中的作用,为教育护士岗位设立提供参考。方法依据《广东省教育护士岗位任职资格培训班》以建立“需求为导向,岗位胜任力为核心”的临床护士教育制度为目标、设立“教育护士岗位”。结果明确了教育护士岗位设立的目的,完善了教育护士的岗位职责。结论教育护士在ICU护士职业持续发展模式的开展中,在促进ICU护士系统性学习习惯的养成、提高ICU护士自主学习能力、建立ICU护士个性化自适应学习体系中起到很大作用。

Objective To explore the role of educational nurses in ICU nurses'career sustainable development model,and to provide references for the establishment of educational nurse positions.Methods According to the"Guangdong Educational Nurses Post Qualification Training Course",the goal is to establish a clinical nurse education system with"demand-oriented and job competence as the core",and establish"educational nurses".Results To clarify the purpose of establishing the post of educational nurses and improve the job responsibilities of educational nurses.Conclusion Educational nurses play a great role in promoting ICU nurses'systematic learning habits,improving ICU nurses'independent learning ability,and establishing a personalized adaptive learning system for ICU nurses in the development of ICU nurses'professional continuous development model.
