利用PDCA提高多重耐药菌隔离措施的依从性

Using PDCA to Improve the Compliance of Isolation Measures for Multi-drug Resistant Bacteria

目的探讨PDCA在提高多重耐药菌隔离措施依从性中的应用及效果。方法根据PDCA循环法制定相关措施,科室对多重耐药菌患者采取的隔离措施及个人防护措施落实情况,对2019年1—6月份的数据进行对比分析,并进行反馈分析。结果共收治患者7732例,检出多重耐药菌病例数19例,平均分离率为0.25%,多重耐药菌分离率依次为0.07%、0.24%、0.15%、0.32%、0.24%、0.50%;感染患者隔离措施平均依从性依次为40%、60%、80%、75%、87%、90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法运用后,提高了对医务人员防控措施干预的依从性,有效控制了多重耐药菌医院感染。

Objective Explore the application and effect of PDCA in improving the compliance of multi-drug resistant bacteria isolation measures.Methods According to the PDCA cycle method,relevant measures were formulated,the isolation measures and personal protection measures adopted by the department for patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria were implemented,and the data from January to June 2019 were compared and analyzed,and feedback analysis was performed.Results A total of 7732 patients were admitted from January to June 2019,and 19 cases of multi-drug resistant bacteria were detected.The average isolation rate was 0.25%.The isolation rates of multi-drug resistant bacteria were 0.07%,0.24%,0.15%,0.32%,0.24%,0.50%;the average compliance of the isolation measures for infected patients was 40%,60%,80%,75%,87%,90%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the PDCA circulation method is applied,the compliance with the prevention and control measures of medical staff is improved,and the hospital infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria is effectively controlled.
