COVID-19疫情期间面部激素依赖性皮炎患者心理状况调查及网上医疗干预效果研究

Investigation on the Psychological Status of Patients with Facial Hormone-dependent Dermatitis During COVID-19 Epidemic and the Effect of Online Medical Intervention

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情流行期间面部激素依赖性皮炎患者的心理状况,探讨网上医疗干预方法的效果。方法采用症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)对COVID-19疫情期间的78例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者进行网上心理调查。分析问卷调查结果并给予网上医疗干预,比较网上医疗干预前后患者心理状况的变化。结果COVID-19疫情期间,74.36%的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者存在焦虑心理,网上医疗干预4周后心理状况得到明显改善,心理焦虑发生率下降至41.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COVID-19疫情流行期间面部激素依赖性皮炎患者存在明显心理问题,且以焦虑为主,经过针对性网上医疗干预可有效改善心理状况,降低焦虑发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective To understand the psychological status of patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and to explore the effect of online medical intervention.Methods The symptom check list 90(SCL-90)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to conduct online psychological analysis on 78 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis during the COVID-19 epidemic.Then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed and online medical intervention was given,and the changes in the patient’s psychological status before and after the online medical intervention were compared.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic,74.36%of patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis had anxiety.After 4 weeks of online medical intervention,their psychological status was significantly improved,and the incidence of psychological anxiety decreased to 41.02%(P<0.05).Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis have obvious psychological problems,mainly anxiety.Targeted online medical intervention can effectively improve their psychological conditions,reduce the incidence of anxiety,and improve the quality of life.
