摘要
为了研究多尺度建模方法在波形钢腹板组合箱梁力学分析中的适用性,分析了位移协调界面连接方法在有限元建模中的实用性;以一总跨径为6 m的波形钢腹板组合箱梁试验模型为研究对象,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了试验梁的实体模型、杆系模型以及多尺度模型,对其分别进行了静力及动力特性分析.研究表明:对于组合梁的静力分析,在均布荷载作用下,梁体跨中挠度的多尺度模型分析结果与试验值吻合较好;对于组合梁的模态分析,组合梁的自振频率试验测试值与多尺度模型的计算值相差较小,且与实体模型的分析结果基本一致;多尺度建模方法在波形钢腹板组合箱梁力学分析中具有较好的适用性.
In order to study the applicability of the multi-scale modeling method in the mechanical analysis of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs,the practicability of the displacement coordination interface connection method in finite element model was analyzed.Based on a 6 m experimental composite box girder with corrugated steel webs,the solid model,beam-column model and multi-scale model of the test girder are established by finite element software ANSYS,to study its static and dynamic characteristics.The results show that on the static analysis,the mid-span deflection test results are in good agreement with the results of multi-scale model analysis under uniform distributed load.For the modal analysis,the difference between the natural frequency test results of the composite girder and the calculated results with the multi-scale model is small,and the test results are basically consistent with the analysis results with the solid model.The multi-scale modeling method has good application on mechanical analysis of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs.
