基于网络文本分析的历史名园游客偏好研究

Research on Tourists′ Preference of Famous Historical Gardens Based on Web Text Analysis

历史名园提供的社会服务功能是否能够满足现代游客的使用需求,成为历史名园保护与利用研究的重要问题。从大数据多样本的视角,借助网络文本分析,通过7个知名旅游网站获取1 541条有效评论的情感分布、社会网络和语义网络以及分类词频分析,研究了福州西湖公园的游客偏好。结果表明:历史名园的旧时胜景对现代游客仍然具有较高的吸引力;相较于其他类型公园,历史名园的游客更倾向于慢节奏的活动方式,与历史名园所传达的文化气质相符;现有公园空间和设施难以负荷节假日时的大游客量。基于此,提出3点建议:(1)加强旧胜景宣传的同时,构建“新胜景”分摊游客压力;(2)串联周边文化景观,通过“大文化景观圈”导流;(3)加强设施维护与管理,以适应大的游客量。

It is an important issue whether the social service function provided by famous historical gardens can meet the needs of modern tourists in the protection and utilization of famous historical gardens.From the perspective of big data and multi-sample,with the help of network text analysis,through seven well-known tourism websites to obtain 1 541 effective comments of emotional distribution,social network and semantic network,as well as classification word frequency analysis,this paper studies the tourists′ preference of Fuzhou West Lake Park.The results show that:the old scenic spots of historical parks still have high attraction for modern tourists;compared with other types of parks,tourists of historical parks prefer slow-paced activities,which is consistent with the cultural temperament conveyed by historical parks;the existing park space and facilities are difficult to load the large number of tourists during holidays.Based on this study,the paper puts forward the following three suggestions:(1)strengthen the publicity of the old scenic spots,at the same time,build the “new scenic spots” to share the pressure of tourists;(2)connect the surrounding cultural landscapes,through the “big cultural landscape circle” diversion;(3)strengthen the maintenance and management of facilities to adapt to the large number of tourists.
