摘要
大学生能力在本质上是多元的,包括认知能力和非认知能力,二者在个人事业成功方面具有同样重要作用,而且非认知能力在大学就读期间依然可以培养。在高校科创活动中,学生通过自主申请课题、组建团队、选择导师、执行项目到最后结题的过程,锻炼培养了创新思维、独立思考、团队合作、沟通协调以及持久专研等非认知能力。但高校科创活动存在教师投入不足、学生心浮气躁、组织管理不完善以及缺乏成果共享等问题,应该从规范管理、营造科研氛围、加强教师激励以及构建共享平台等方面解决这些问题。
College students'multi-abilities involve cognitive ability and non-cognitive ability,which play an important role in a person's career success.And non-cognitive ability can still be raised in one's twenties.In the scientific and technological innovation activities in colleges,students apply for science research projects,build teams,select supervisors,execute work and complete projects.They can forge and train their innovative and independent thinking,team work,communication,coordination and permanent research.Some problems they often meet are insufficient investment of teachers,fickleness of students,imperfect organization and management and inability to achievement sharing.Colleges and universities should standardize management,strengthen teachers'motivation,and build a shared platform.
