摘要 为解决目前地铁自动售检票系统设备故障维修系统存在故障报修及修复时间较长的问题,文章提出了一种自动售检票系统设备故障智能维修管理系统,实时采集设备故障信息并自动生成工单发送给故障维修人员,有效地解决了故障报修时间长的问题;同时根据细分的故障类别和等级信息,采用不同的策略和优先级维修故障,有效地提高了故障修复效率并且优化了乘客乘车的体验感。 In order to solve the problem of long time of fault report and repair in the equipment fault maintenance system of metro automatic fare collection system.This paper presents an intelligent maintenance management system for equipment fault in automatic fare collection system,which collects equipment fault information in real time and automatically generates work order and sends it to fault maintenance personnel.It effectively solves the problem of long time for fault report;at the same time,according to the subdivided fault category and level information,different strategies and priorities are adopted to repair faults,which effectively improves the efficiency of fault repair and optimizes the experience of passengers.
