摘要
随着互联网的快速普及和广泛使用,全球数据呈爆炸式增长,人类对客观世界认识的数字化程度不断提高。“数据爆炸”对知识载体和传播环境的颠覆性改变,让学校教学管理的指导思想、组织架构、活动内容和活动方式面临巨大挑战。文章对学校教学管理中孤岛现象进行分析,提出应对策略,从而在实践中克服信息孤岛对于教学管理活动的消极影响,提高学校管理的效率。
With the rapid popularization and wide use of the internet,the global data is growing explosively,and the digital level of human understanding of the objective world is constantly improving.The disruptive change of“data explosion”to the knowledge carrier and communication environment makes the guiding ideology,organization structure,activity content and activity mode of school teaching management face great challenges.This paper analyzes the island phenomenon in school teaching management,and puts forward coping strategy,so as to overcome the negative impact of information island on teaching management activities in practice,and improve the efficiency of school management.
