摘要
人工智能产业的快速发展,导致相关人才出现较大缺口,该类人才的核心能力在于其动手实践水平,实践教学体系是应用型人才培养关键环节,其科学性和合理性直接影响学生实践能力和岗位能力。分析人工智能人才的结构特点,结合产业要求,根据学生的认知程度,校企合作共同制定符合岗位要求的基于能力导向的递进式分层分类实践教学体系,并围绕实践需要设计丰富的人工智能项目库用于教学,最后阐述实践教学支撑的驻校工程师、实验室及实践教学评价。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence industry,there is a big gap in related talents.The core competence of this kind of talents lies in their hands-on practice level.Practical teaching system is the key link in the cultivation of applied talents,and its scientificity and rationality directly affect students’practical ability and post ability.Analyze the structural characteristics of artificial intelligence talents,combined with industry requirements,according to the degree of cognition of students,the school-enterprise cooperation jointly formulated the progressive hierarchical classification practical teaching system based on the ability orientation which meets the post requirements,and around practice needs to design a rich artificial intelligent project library for teaching.Finally,it expounds the resident engineers,laboratories and practical teaching evaluation supported by practical teaching.
