摘要
为从宽窄行和等行距麦豆间作中选出更适合的行间距配置,采用大田试验,研究宽窄行(宽行30 cm、窄行15 cm)、等行距(15 cm)对麦豆间作中春小麦光合特性、AMF侵染率和产量的影响。结果表明,宽窄行相较于等行距,春小麦的扬花期和成熟期的SPAD值分别提高6.39%和17.19%;净光合速率提高13.62%,蒸腾速率提高32.26%,气孔导度提高16.98%;小麦植株地上部全氮含量、生物量和植株氮素积累分别提高5.11%、7.02%、12.46%;AMF侵染率提高16.20%;穗粒数和产量显著高于等行距,分别提高17.95%和20.19%。宽窄行麦豆间作是更适合山西省太谷地区种植的行间距。
To select the row spacing configuration that is more suitable for local planting from wide and narrow rows and equal-spacing wheat-pea intercropping,a field experiment was conducted to study the effect of wide and narrow rows(30 cm wide row,15 cm narrow row)and equal row spacing(15 cm)on photosynthetic characteristics,AMF infection rate and yield of spring wheat in wheat-pea intercropping.The results showed that the SPAD values of the wide and narrow rows increased 6.39%and 17.19%in the flowering and maturity stages of spring wheat compared with equal spacing,respectively.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance of the wide and narrow rows increased 13.62%,32.26%,16.98%,respectively,compared with equal spacing.The total nitrogen content,biomass and plant nitrogen accumulation in the aboveground part of wide and narrow row wheat were increased by 5.11%,7.02%and 12.46%,respectively,compared with those of equal row spacing.AMF infection rate of wide and narrow row wheat increased by 16.20%than equal row spacing.Spike number and yield of wide and narrow row wheat were significantly higher than equal row spacing,increased by 17.95%and 20.19%,respectively.In summary,under the experimental conditions,wide and narrow row wheat-bean intercropping is a more suitable row spacing configuration for planting in Taigu area of Shanxi province.
