摘要
针对热浸镀铝硅钢板生产过程中出现的铝渣进行研究,利用扫描电镜对不同类型的铝渣进行了分析,结果表明:浮渣、底渣、悬浮渣呈现出不同的形貌,浮渣为残油与镀液反应后氧化所致,底渣为残油、残铁与镀液反应后沉积所致,铝锅内镀液的波动将增加悬浮渣的比例。通过控制轧硬卷表面清洁度、清洗质量,及建立合理的扒渣制度与加锭制度,有效的减少了带钢表面铝渣缺陷的发生。
In this paper,the aluminum slag in the production process of hot-dip aluminized silicon steel is studied,and different types of aluminum slag are analyzed by SEM.The results show that the scum,bottom slag,and aluminum slag have different morphologies,and the scum is caused by oxidation after reaction between residual oil and plating solution,while the bottom slag is caused by deposition after reaction between residual oil and iron and plating solution.,Suspended slag is strip-shaped,and the fluctuation of plating solution in aluminum pot will increase the proportion of suspended slag.By controlling the cleanliness and cleaning quality of the surface of the cold rolled coil,and suggesting reasonable slag stripping system and ingot adding system,the occurrence of aluminum slag defects on the surface of strip is effectively reduced.
