摘要
热连轧机主传动系统机电耦合振动现象受到诸多因素影响,由于问题的复杂性,至今尚无通用的抑制轧机振动的通用方法。针对这一现状,试图利用对轧机主传动耦合振动进行控制。首先建立轧机主传动机电耦合仿真模型;然后在控制系统中加入扩张状态观测器;最后通过参数调整获得较满意的仿真结果。得出利用扩张状态观测器可以有效抑制热连轧机主传动系统的机电耦合振动,为轧制薄规格和变形抗力较大的带钢提供保障。
Vibration has been the main factor limiting production of high-strength sheet steel,in order to ensure product quality,increase production efficiency,we must take measures to alleviate the mill vibration.Vibration is caused by complex and diverse factors,including mutual coupling,which is decided by the complex and large load mill system.Vibration is inevitable,to completely eliminate vibration are considered technically and economically unrealistic.But vibration can be controlled in a certain range,it does not affect product quality and production efficiency,it is the desired goal.Establish main drive system dynamics model,you will find there are many uncertain factors,such as the rolling force and energy parameters during changing load changes caused by strip plates,electrical harmonic interference,temperature field impact on the system,etc.So the rolling process is a dynamic process evolving,there is an external disturbance and uncertainty within the system,to take reasonable measures in the machinery and processes that can improve the ability of the system to resist interference,but still have a high accuracy,fast Control system response to achieve a smooth rolling process.Take main drive system for this particular object,research the characteristics of each part of the anti-rejection controller,primarily ESO.Effects of simulated systems of various internal disturbance,observe the uncertainty generated by the controller to control the effect,find ways to improve the control parameters.
