摘要
为满足小H型钢生产线在角钢堆垛的工艺需求,对现翻转电磁铁设备结构进行优化,使优化后的翻转电磁铁能满足角钢的堆垛需求。根据工艺需求对堆垛翻转电磁铁优化改造后,很好的实现了角钢的堆垛功能。
In order to meet the process requirements of angle steel stacking in Masteel’s Small H-beam production line,the structure of the existing turnover electromagnet was optimized,so that the optimized turnover electromagnet could meet the requirements of angle steel stacking.According to the process requirements,the stacking function of angle steel is well realized after the optimization and transformation of the stacking electromagnet.
