专科护士主导品管圈活动降低胰岛素泵管理缺陷率的效果

Practice Research on Reducing Management Defect Rate of Insulin Pump by Quality Control Circle

目的观察专科护士主导品管圈活动降低胰岛素泵管理缺陷率的效果。方法成立品管圈,确定以“降低胰岛素泵管理缺陷率”为活动主题,对全科护士胰岛素泵管理缺陷进行问题查找,原因分析,设定目标及制定对策并实施。比较品管圈实施前后胰岛素泵管理缺陷率、患者血糖达标时间及满意度。结果品管圈实施后,胰岛素泵管理缺陷率及血糖达标时间均降低,患者满意度提高,与实施前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论专科护士主导品管圈活动降低了胰岛素泵管理缺陷率,缩短了血糖达标时间,使胰岛素泵治疗患者得到了规范化的管理,提高了患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity on reducing the management defect rate of insulin pump.Method The quality control circle was established,and the theme of"Reducing the Management Defect Rate of Insulin Pump"was determined.The management problems of insulin pump in the general nurses were found,the causes were analyzed,the objectives were set,the countermeasures were shaped and implemented.The management defect rate of insulin pump before and after QCC implementation,the time of blood glucose reaching the standard and the patient satisfaction rate were compared.Result After the QCC implementation,the management defect rate of insulin pump and the time of reaching the standard of blood glucose were reduced,and the patients’satisfaction was improved.Compared with before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The activity of QCC reduces the management defect rate of insulin pump,reducing the reaching the standard time of blood glucose,standardizing the management of insulin pump treatment patients and improving the patients’satisfaction.
