从前期准备、备课过程、赛前练习以及答辩准备等环节,总结了参加全国大学生物理实验竞赛讲课比赛的经验,对如何高效且有针对性地完成参赛作品给出建议.备课前应研读课标和比赛评审标准.备课过程中着重考虑选择合适的教学手段,使用恰当的方式导入课程,提炼出课程重难点,重视物理思维,明确课程思政与科学前沿在课程中的重要性,理清讲课内容的逻辑关系.赛前反复操作实验及练习讲稿,充分考虑答辩环节可能遇到的问题.

The reflection and summing-up were implemented on the participation in the lecture contest of China Undergraduate Physics Experiment Competition in such aspects as the arrangement in advance,lessons preparation,practice before contest and defence on spot,et al.The advice on how to complete the contest works effectively and aimly was put forward as well.Firstly,making an intensive study on the curriculum standards and competition assessment criteria was important.Secondly,during the preparation process,it was essential to focus on the selection of appropriate teaching tools and the proper ways to introduce the course in order to distill the key points and effectively reflect the typical ways of physics thinking.Moreover,another major procedure during the preparation process was to clarify the importance of the ideological and political education and the frontiers of science in the course and sort out the logical relationship involved in the lecture contents.And repeating the experiments and practicing the script were worthwhile before the competition.Last but not least,any issue which may arises during the defense session should be extracted.
