摘要
在适应新工科背景下,探索面向成果导向的计算机专业类“人本”人才培养模式,激发学生自身的潜能,帮助他们寻找彼此有别的能力和水平,获得成功、成就和快乐;使学生在完成基本目标达成度的同时,根据自身实际情况做差异选择,得到个性化的培养和指导。多年的实践表明,“人本”教育培养模式,可以有效激发学生自身的学习潜能,有利于学生每一个学习环节的成长和进步。
In the context of new engineering,to explore and practice the results oriented“people-oriented”talent training mode for computer majors,in order to stimulate students'own potential,help them find each other's ability and level,let students to obtain success,achievement and happiness,and make students do worse according to their own actual situation while achieving the basic goal different choice,get personalized training and guidance.Many years of practice show that the achievement oriented humanistic professional training mode can effectively stimulate students'learning potential and play a good role in the growth and progress of every learning link of students.
