廉政学研究重点、特点与未来趋势——2019年廉政学学科建设研究综述

Research Focus,Features and Future Trend of Clean-governance Studies:A Literature Review of the Discipline Construction of Clean-governance Study in 2019

2019年,廉政学研究重点在作风建设、党内法规制度、腐败与反腐败、监督、党内问责、“清廉中国”建设等方面。其中,经验总结和问题对策研究较多,但基础理论研究偏少;研究内容和视角丰富,但缺少充分的理论对话和交锋,研究深度不够;研究具有自发性,议题比较发散,但缺乏学科建设自觉性;研究机构和人员越来越多,但专业性不强、人才培养力度不够。总体上看,廉政学学科发展态势较好,目前正朝着理论研究不断深入、理论体系逐步建立完善、学科属性不断强化、研究成果更丰富质量更高的方向发展。

In 2019,clean-governance studies are primarily focused on style construction,inner-Party laws and regulations,corruption and anti-corruption,supervision,inner-Party accountability,and the construction of clean-governance in China.Meanwhile,it should be noted that a large part of the research on clean-governance studies are about experience summary and countermeasures,while a small part on basic theories.The research content and perspectives are rich,but in lack of sufficient theoretical dialogue,intense interaction and in-depths studies.The research topics are divergent and tend to be out of spntaneosity,in absence of the consciousness of discipline construction.More and more research institutions and personnel are getting involved in clean-governance studies,but turn to be not professional and well-trained.On the whole,the discipline of clean-governance studies enjoys a good development trend,and is now moving towards the direction of deepening theoretical research,gradually establishing and improving the theoretical system,strengthening the discipline attributes,and enriching the research achievemets with higher quality.
