摘要
皖2305S是以水稻光温敏核不育中间品系2301S/CBB23F 14为母本,与自育品系1892S/3401F 6杂交,选育而成的籼型光温敏核不育系。该不育系含有抗白叶枯病基因Xa23,不育起点温度低,不育性稳定,易繁殖制种,配合力好,在合肥自然条件下稳定不育期为30 d,2013年通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会的技术鉴定,所配组合2305S/华占进入湖北省早熟中稻区域试验。
Wan 2305S,derived from the cross between an intermediate photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line 2301S/CBB23F 14 and an intermediate restorer material from 1892S/3401F 6,is a new photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in Indica rice,with bacterial blight resistance gene Xa23.It has a low critical sterility-inducing temperature and stable male sterility.It also shows high combining ability and is easy to conduct multiplication and hybrid seed production.Under natural conditions in Anhui,2305S has a stable sterile period of about 30 d.It was technically identified by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Anhui Province in 2013.Combination 2305S/Huazhan was tested in the regional trial for mid-season early Indica rice in Hubei Province.
