新疆农业面源污染及环境规制分析

Analysis of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution and Environmental Regulation in Xinjiang

随着近几年现代农业的快速发展,新疆农业面源污染问题也愈加严重,加强环境污染治理问题是促进农业可持续发展的一个重要举措。阐述了新疆农业面源污染中对化肥、农药及地膜的使用量情况,并按照时间顺序对环境规制进行梳理,整理出针对农业的相关环境规则制度,分析环境规制对农业面源污染治理的作用,并对此提出新疆农业面源污染治理的相关对策。

With the rapid development of modern agriculture in Xinjiang in recent years,the problem of non-point source pollution has become more and more serious.Strengthening environmental pollution control is an important measure to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.This article described the use of chemical fertilizers,pesticides and mulch film in agricultural non-point source pollution in Xinjiang,sorted out environmental regulations in chronological order and relevant environmental rules and systems for agriculture,and analyzed the effects of environmental regulations on agricultural non-point source pollution control,and put forward relevant countermeasures for the treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution in Xinjiang.
