高寒旱地区塔什库尔干羊同期发情及受胎效果分析

Analysis on the Estrus Synchronization and Conception Effects of Tashkurgan Sheep in Alpine Arid Region

为提高塔什库尔干羊的繁殖效果,并探索塔什库尔干羊同期发情处理方法,研究了PG+PG、CIDR+PMSG等同期发情处理方法对塔什库尔干羊初产母羊发情效果及受胎率的影响。结果表明,不同处理组的同期发情期时间均集中在处理后25~48 h;3个处理组间同期发情率差异极显著(P<0.01),2个试验组同期处理发情率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其中CIDR+PMSG处理组发情效果最好。CIDR+PMSG处理组发情母羊的受胎率为80%,略高于PG+PG处理组的受胎率(P>0.05)。该研究结果表明CIDR+PMSG同期发情处理方法可以有效提高塔什库尔干羊的发情率和受胎率。

In order to improve the reproductive effects of Tashkurgan Sheep and explore the treatment methods of estrus synchronization in Tashkurgan Sheep,the effects of estrus and conception rate of primiparity ewes were studied by the methods of estrus synchronization such as PG+PG,CIDR+PMSG.The results showed that the synchronous estrus period of different treatment groups was concentrated in 25-48 h after treatment.The synchronous estrus rate among the three treatment groups was extremely significantly different(P<0.01),the synchronous estrus rate of the two experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the synchronous rate of the CIDR+PMSG treatment group was the best.The conception rate of estrus ewes in the CIDR+PMSG treatment group was 80%,which was slightly higher than that in PG+PG treatment group(P>0.05).The research results showed that CIDR+PMSG treatment could effectively improve the estrus rate and conception rate of Tashkurgan Sheep.
