潮汐式托盘育苗及不同基质对盆栽红掌生长的影响

Effects of Tidal Tray Seedling and Different Substrates on the Growth of Potted Anthurium andraeanum

以红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)为研究对象,探索潮汐式托盘育苗及4种不同基质配方(分别为T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4))和CK(为纯KLA614泥炭)对盆栽红掌阿拉巴马(Alabama)、红斑比诺(Bambino Red)2个品种产品生长品质的影响,通过对盆栽红掌生长指标的监测,筛选适宜盆栽红掌潮汐式育苗的最佳配方。结果表明:使用潮汐式托盘培育10个月,阿拉巴马(Alabama)、红斑比诺(Bambino Red)盆栽红掌的株高、冠幅、花苞直径、花苞数量优于CK,使用潮汐式托盘可以提高盆栽红掌的产品品质。T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)这4种配方基质对2种盆栽红掌的株高、冠幅、花苞直径、花苞数量都有不同程度的促进作用。T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)处理的阿拉巴马花苞数量显著高于CK,分别比CK增加11.43%、11.43%、16.19%;T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(4)处理对阿拉巴马花苞数量的影响差异不显著,T_(3)处理的红斑比诺花苞数量显著高于CK,比CK增加12.04%。综合分析,使用潮汐式托盘可以提高盆栽红掌的产品品质;T_(3)处理是最适于盆栽红掌生长的基质配方。

In this study,we focused on the growth quality of Anthurium andraeanum.Experiments were designed to study the effects of tidal tray seedling and different culture mediums(T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),T_(4))and CK(pure KLA614 peat)on the growth of potted A.andraeanum.The plant height,crown width,bud diameter and bud number were recorded to determine the best culture medium.Results showed that:after 10 months of cultivation in tidal tray,the growth of potted A.andraeanum in Alabama and Bambino Red was better than those of the control group.The use of tidal tray could improve the quality.T_(1),T_(2),T_(3) and T_(4) could promote the plant height,crown width,bud diameter and number of two potted A.andraeanum.The number of Alabama bud in T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3) was significantly higher than that of CK,which increased by 11.43%,11.43%and 16.19%,respectively.The number of Alabama bud didn’t differ significantly in T_(1),T_(2) and T_(4).Comprehensive analysis showed that the use of tidal tray can improve the quality of potted A.andraeanum.T_(3) treatment is the most suitable substrate formula for potted A.andraeanum growth.
