为共享发展成果,在三峡工程旅游区发展成果的基础上,加快推进三峡坝区旅游的全面发展,推动三峡坝区乡村全域旅游发展。结合三峡坝区乡村旅游发展的实际情况,深度优化三峡坝区乡村旅游资源、推动创建全域旅游发展产业链为路径;构建三峡坝区乡村全域旅游管理体制、开发三峡坝区乡村全域旅游特色亮点、实现全民共享三峡坝区乡村全域旅游发展成果为保障,促进三峡坝区乡村社会、经济、生态的全面发展,助力三峡坝区乡村实现全面振兴。
