摘要
[目的]研究金属盐及其酸根离子对白蚁毒力的影响并与部分有机农药的毒力作比较。[方法]通过药膜法测定5种金属盐及3种有机农药对巢县乳白蚁的毒力。[结果]96 h时,溴化锂、硝酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氯化钡、氟虫腈、呋虫胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺对巢县乳白蚁的LC_(50)值分别为72.2 g/L、53.4 g/L、62.8 g/L、46.9 g/L、3.7 g/L、0.90 mg/L、41.7 mg/L和129.1 mg/L。不同酸根离子的铜盐对巢县乳白蚁的毒性表明,48、72、96 h时均无显著差异。[结论]溴化锂、硝酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氯化钡、氯虫苯甲酰胺、呋虫胺和氟虫腈对巢县乳白蚁的毒性依次增强,铜盐的NO_(3)^(-)、Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)等对巢县乳白蚁的毒性影响不显著。
[Objective]To study the effects of metal salts and their acid radical ions on the toxicity of termites and compare with the toxicity of some organic pesticides.[Method]The toxicity of five kinds of metal salts and three kinds of organic pesticides on Coptotermes chaoxianensis was determined through the filter paper.[Result]The LC_(50) values of lithium bromide,copper nitrate,copper sulfate,copper chloride,barium chloride,fipronil,dinotefuran and chlorantraniliprole were 72.2 g/L,53.4 g/L,62.8 g/L,46.9 g/L,3.7 g/L,0.90 mg/L,41.7 mg/L and 129.1 mg/L,respectively.The toxicity of copper salts with different acid radical ions to Coptotermes chaoxianensis showed that there was no significant difference at 48,72 and 96 h.[Conclusion]The toxicity of lithium bromide,copper nitrate,copper sulfate,copper chloride,barium chloride,chlorantraniliprole,dinotefuran and fipronil increased in turn,while the NO_(3)^(-),Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-)of copper salts had no significant effect on the toxicity of Coptotermes chaoxianensis.
