基于OBE理念的地方高校管理育人新路径探究

在高校的日常管理工作中,仍存在着管理和育人脱节的现象,不能很好地将培养学生的育人目标贯穿其中。特别是作为我国本科教育主力军的地方高校,承担着为区域经济发展提供人才支撑的职责,在其推进管理育人工作时,更应结合地方高校的办学定位,按照OBE理念的原则,适应区域经济社会发展的需求,做好各项管理工作的顶层设计,协调统筹好各方力量,真正发挥好管理的育人效果。

In the daily management of colleges and universities,there is still a disconnection between management and education,and management cannot run through the goal of education of cultivating students.Especially for local colleges and universities,as the main force of undergraduate education in our country,shouldering the responsibility of providing talent support for regional economic development,when they are carrying out the work of education through management,they should well conduct the top-level design of various management work and effectively coordinate all parities,based on the school-running characteristics of themselves,the OBE principle,and regional economic and social development,so as to give full play to the educational effect of management.
