Research on the Party Conduct and Anti-corruption Education for College Counselors in the New Era

新时代,我国对教育事业的投入力度逐步加大,高校教师各项待遇得到进一步提高,但面临的各种新问题也接踵而至。作为高校辅导员,时刻战斗在大学生思想政治教育第一线,承担着教育、管理的双重责任,对于促进学生的健康成长成才起着十分重要的作用。因此,加强新时代高校辅导员党风廉政文化教育工作已成必行之举。然而,目前存在着诸如辅导员对高校党风廉政文化建设的重要性认识不足、对高校文化建设载体的创新性不够、自身党风廉政文化建设自觉性不足等问题。新时代下我们要不断探索可行的方法与对策。

In the new era,China’s investment in education has gradually increased,the remuneration of college teachers has been further improved,and various new problems have followed one after another.As college counselors,they are always on the front line of ideological and political education for college students,assuming the dual responsibilities of education and management,and playing a very important role in promoting the healthy growth of students.Therefore,it has become imperative to strengthen the Party conduct and anti-corruption education for college counselors in the new era.However,there are currently problems such as counselors’insufficient understanding of the importance of Party conduct and anti-corruption culture construction,insufficient innovation of the carrier of cultural construction in colleges and universities,and insufficient self-consciousness in the construction of Party conduct and anti-corruption culture.Therefore,in the new era,we must continue to explore feasible methods and countermeasures.
