Research on the Later-stage Management of Grant-aided Students in Independent Colleges

学生资助是一项重要的保民生、暖民心工程,事关教育公平和教育现代化。学校在公平、公正、公开地做好资助评定工作的同时,加强获资助学生的后期教育管理,对优化高校学生资助体系十分重要。该文以广西中医药大学赛恩斯新医药学院为例,结合学校实际对受资助大学生后期管理进行了探索和实践,从而优化大学生资助体系,达到育人的根本目的。

The aid for college students is an important project that aims to protect people’s livelihood and warm people’s heart. It is of great help to promote education equity and modernization.While doing a good job in aid evaluation based on the principle of fairness, justice and openness, it is equally important for colleges and universities to strengthen later-stage education management of grant-aided students to optimize the student aid system in colleges and universities. This paper aims to optimize the student aid system so as to reach the ultimate goal of educating people by illustrating the cases of grant-aided students in Faculty of Chinese Medicine Science, Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and probing into the later-stage management of the students.
