船舶岸电推广研究

The Research on Ship Shore Power Promotion

目前,我国大力推广船舶岸电应用,但在实际推广过程中仍面临着一些问题,如建设成本高、使用不经济、船舶改造和使用岸电的积极性不高,岸电使用率总体不高等问题。该文针对存在的问题,基于系统理论,提出了相应对策:政府强制性政策与财政支持是关键,港航企业协同合作是路径,技术创新是助力。

China has promoted ship shore power applications strongly.However,there are some problems in practice:the high construction cost,uneconomical use,the low enthusiasm for ship shore power retrofitting,and low shore power utilization rate.The relevant countermeasures are proposed.The government policies and financial support are the key.Collaboration between the port and shipping companies is the path,and technological innovation is the boost.
