摘要
该文针对昆明市幼儿园英语教师的工作满意度开展实证性的调查研究,探讨昆明市幼儿园英语教师工作满意度的状况和特点,发掘蕴含在幼儿园英语教师工作满意度背后的教师职业情感问题,将影响幼儿英语教师工作满意度的外部因素和个人特征因素结合起来,本着促进幼儿园英语教育发展的目标,提出相应的改进措施,以期为建立一支稳定的、高素质的幼儿园英语教师队伍提供借鉴。
This paper conducts an empirical investigation and research on the job satisfaction of kindergarten English teachers in Kunming,explores the status and characteristics of their job satisfaction,and explores the professional emotional problems behind the job satisfaction of kindergarten English teachers.By combining the external factors and personal factors influencing kindergarten English teachers’job satisfaction,and in line with the goal of promoting the development of kindergarten English education,corresponding improvement measures are proposed to provide reference for the establishment of a stable and high-quality teacher team for kindergarten English.
