基于改进MOGWO算法的气体分馏装置节能优化 被引量:1

ENERGY-SAVING OPTIMIZATION OF GAS FRACTIONATOR BY IMPROVED MOGWO ALGORITHM

摘要 研究了气体分馏装置的节能优化问题,根据装置实际的工况数据建立PROⅡ工艺模拟模型,并对操作参数进行灵敏度分析,在此基础上应用线性回归分析法建立装置的多目标优化模型,采用惩罚函数机制与改进的多目标灰狼算法对模型进行求解。优化结果表明,可通过多组操作参数的优化搭配,使气体分馏装置在增加产量与减少丙烯排放的同时,降低生产能耗,实现装置的节能优化。此方法为气体分馏过程及其他精馏过程的节能优化设计提供了新的理论依据。 The energy-saving optimization for gas fractionation unit was discussed.A PROⅡprocess simulation model was established by using the actual working condition data of the device.The sensitivity analysis of operation parameters were carried out,and then a multi-objective optimization model of gas fractionator were built by using the multiple linear regression theory.The penalty function algorithm and the improved multi-objective grey wolf algorithm were used to solve the optimization model.The results showed that the optimal collocation of multiple groups of operating parameters could increase the production and decrease the propylene emission and the energy consumption to realize the energy-saving optimization of gas fractionation unit.This method can provide a new theoretical basis for optimization design of gas separation plant and other distillation processes.
