摘要 油气管道的高后果区往往存在应力集中的情况,现有技术难以对其进行有效检测和科学评估。本文提出一种管道安全状态检测与监测技术,对中缅管道某高后果区管道进行非接触式磁力检测,确定了应力集中位置和对应的风险等级,采用应变计对高风险点进行长期监测,获得实时应力数据,保障管道安全运行。现场应用表明,非接触式磁力检测和应力应变监测技术相结合能够有效检测管道应力集中情况并对其应力状态进行长期监测,是一种科学有效的管道完整性管理手段。 There are often stress concentrations in the high-consequence areas of oil and gas pipelines,and it is difficult for existing technologies to effectively detect and scientifically evaluate them.This paper proposes a pipeline safety state detection and monitoring technology,which conducts non-contact magnetic detection of a high-consequence area pipeline in the China-Myanmar pipeline,determines the stress concentration location and the corresponding risk level,and uses strain gauges to perform long-term monitoring of high-risk points.Obtain real-time stress data to ensure safe pipeline operation.The field application shows that the combination of non-contact magnetic detection and stress-strain monitoring technology can effectively detect the stress concentration of the pipeline and monitor its stress state for a long time.It is a scientific and effective pipeline integrity management method.
