同构模式分配下配电网馈线三相不平衡的调节优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对同构模式分配下现有配电网馈线三相不平衡调节的输出稳定性较差,负载均衡控制能力较弱的问题,提出配电网馈线三相不平衡的调节优化方法。构建同构模式分配下配电网馈线三相不平衡控制约束参数模型,采用谐波扰动调节均衡配电网馈线的负荷调度,建立三相稳态输出模型,结合系统潮流方向确定三相不平衡馈线方向,根据电压电流初始行波特征对配电网馈线三相不平衡进行自适应调节和优化控制,构建配电网馈线的输出平衡稳态控制律,结合电压电流行波极性转换控制方法,实现同构模式分配下,配电网馈线三相不平衡的调节优化。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行配电网馈线三相不平衡调节的输出稳定性为99.5%,有效提高了配电网的输出稳定性。 Aiming at the problems of poor output stability and weak load balancing control ability of the existing distribution network feeder three⁃phase unbalanced regulation under homogeneous mode distribution,an optimization method for the three⁃phase unbalanced regulation of the distribution network feeder is proposed.Construct a three⁃phase unbalanced control constraint parameter model of a distribution network feeder under homogeneous mode distribution,use harmonic disturbance to adjust the load dispatch of a balanced distribution network feeder,establish a three⁃phase steady⁃state output model,and determine the three⁃phase unbalance based on the direction of the system power flow feeder direction,according to the voltage and current initial traveling wave characteristics,adaptively adjust and optimize the control of the three⁃phase unbalance of the distribution network feeder,construct the output balance steady⁃state control law of the distribution network feeder,and combine the voltage and current traveling wave polarity conversion control method,to realize the adjustment and optimization of the three⁃phase imbalance of the distribution network feeder under the homogeneous mode distribution.The test results show that the output stability of using this method to adjust the three⁃phase unbalanced distribution network feeder is 99.5%,which effectively improves the output stability of the distribution network.
