甘肃省红色文化资源以“一塬两廊”的格局呈现于世,表现出资源富集与广泛分布并存,历史跨度全覆盖和老少边穷地区全分布并存的双重特征。坚持民俗化和产业化的活态保护方法是促进甘肃红色文化资源可持续开发的两个“驱动轮”,有助于推动甘肃省红色文化资源存量变“增量”,即由资源变财源,由物质变精神,精神反哺物质,形成保护与开发的良性循环,产生广泛的社会效益与经济效益,对于建设幸福美好新甘肃具有强烈的现实意义。

The red cultural resources of Gansu Province are presented in the world in the pattern of a tableland and two corridors,showing the dual characteristics of abundant and widely distributed resources,full coverage of the historical span and full distribution of old and rural areas,border areas and poor areas.Adhering to the industrialization of folk customs and the living condition of protection method is to promote the sustainable development of red culture resources in Gansu Province on the two driving wheels,helping to promote the stock of red culture resources in Gansu Province delta,That is,from resources to financial sources,from materials to spirits,and spirits to feed back materials,forming a virtuous circle of protection and development,resulting in a wide range of social and economic benefits,which is of great practical significance to the construction of the new happiness in Gansu Province.
