长链非编码RNA H19表达与恶性肿瘤患者预后关系的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the relationship between expression of long non-coding RNA H19 and prognosis of patients with malignant tumor

目的采用Meta分析方法综合评价长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)H19与恶性肿瘤患者预后的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,检索日期截至2020年8月31日。采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入16篇文献,样本量为1741例。Meta分析结果显示,H19表达与恶性肿瘤患者的总生存期(OS)有关,H19高表达是恶性肿瘤患者预后的不利因素(HR=1.69,95%CI:1.46~1.95,P﹤0.05)。亚组分析结果显示,H19表达是消化系统恶性肿瘤患者预后的不利因素,H19低表达消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的OS长于H19高表达患者(HR=1.63,95%CI:1.32~2.02,P﹤0.05),H19低表达结直肠癌患者的OS长于H19高表达患者(HR=2.69,95%CI:1.12~6.45,P﹤0.05),未发现H19表达与肝癌、胃癌和胆囊癌患者的OS有关。敏感性分析结果表明,该Meta分析结果较为稳定可信。结论H19表达与恶性肿瘤患者的OS有关,H19高表达恶性肿瘤患者的OS更短,H19可能成为一种新的恶性肿瘤预测因子。

Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between long non-coding RNA H19 and prognosis of malignant tumor by Meta-analysis.Method PubMed,EMBASE,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database were searched,and the retrieval date was up to October 31,2020.The data was analyzed by Review Manager 5.3 software.Result A total of 16 literatures were included,and the total sample size was 1741.Meta-analysis showed that the expression of H19 was associated with overall survival(OS)in patients with malignant tumors(HR=1.69,95%CI:1.46-1.95,P<0.05).Subgroup analysis showed that the OS of digestive system malignancy patients with low H19 expression was longer than patients with high H19 expression(HR=1.63,95%CI:1.32-2.02,P<0.05).The OS of colorectal cancer patients with low H19 expression was longer than patients with high H19 expression(HR=2.69,95%CI:1.12-6.45,P<0.05).No correlation was found between the expression of H19 and OS in patients with liver cancer,gastric cancer and gallbladder cancer.The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the results of Meta-analysis were stable and reliable.Conclusion The expression of H19 is related to the OS of patients with malignant tumors,and the OS of patients with high expression of H19 is shorter,H19 may be a new predictor of malignancy tumor.
