肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与希望水平的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between cancer related fatigue and hope level in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与希望水平的相关性及影响因素。方法选取106例住院肺癌化疗患者为研究对象,应用一般情况调查表、癌症疲乏量表和Herth希望量表进行调查,并分析其相关性。结果肺癌化疗患者总疲乏发生率为100%,其中躯体疲乏和情感疲乏发生率均为100%,认知疲乏发生率为95.3%,总疲乏得分为(26.52±9.35)分。肺癌化疗患者希望水平为(35.40±3.99)分。肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏各维度与希望水平各维度均呈负相关(P﹤0.01)。结论肺癌化疗患者普遍存在癌因性疲乏,患者希望水平在中等水平,通过有效干预提升患者希望水平对减轻其疲乏症状有正向促进作用。

Objective To investigate the correlation of cancer related fatigue and hope level and its factors in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Method A total of 106 patients who received lung cancer chemotherapy were selected as the research objects,and the general health status questionnaire,cancer fatigue scale,and Herth hope scale were used to investigate and analyze their correlations.Result The incidence of total fatigue in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was 100%.The incidence of physical and emotional fatigue was both 100%,the incidence of cognitive fatigue was 95.3%,and the total fatigue score was(26.52±9.35)points.The average hope level of lung cancer chemotherapy patients was(35.40±3.99)points.All dimensions of cancer related fatigue in patients undergoing lung cancer chemotherapy were negatively correlated with all dimensions of hope level(P<0.01).Conclusion Cancer related fatigue is common in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer,and the level of hope of patients is at a moderate level.Effective intervention to increase the hope level of patients has a positive effect on reducing their fatigue symptoms.
