教学公平视角下高中英语课堂教师提问的调查研究

摘要 教学公平是社会关注的热点问题,教师课堂提问的公平性是教学公平的一个微观体现。文章从教学公平视角对高中英语课堂教师提问进行调查研究。研究显示:实现教学公平要求教师应当提高移情能力和教学公平意识;学校应当优化教学制度管理,创新教学公平培训;社会应当克服刻板认知偏见,崇尚公正民主风气。 Fairness is a hot topic in educational field,and classroom teacher’s questioning fairness is a micro embodiment of educational equity.The survey has found that high school English teachers should have a certain sense of fairness in teaching.The concept of educational equity requires them to improve their empathy ability and create a good classroom psychological environment.High schools are supposed to optimize their management of teaching system and to innovate the training of fair teaching.In addition,it is of great importance that other walks of life should overcome the stereotyped cognitive bias and advocate the democratic atmosphere.
