印度尼西亚对中美贸易摩擦的认知与应对策略

Indonesia’s Perceptions and Coping Strategies to Sino-US Trade Friction

2018年以来,中美经贸摩擦逐步升级,对印度尼西亚的贸易、投资、金融市场均产生一定的影响。印度尼西亚各界认为:一方面,贸易摩擦给印度尼西亚经济带来了挑战,冲击了相关产业出口,使其经济增长放缓;另一方面,贸易摩擦也会给印度尼西亚带来发展机遇,得到贸易转移、吸引外资的机会。但是,印度尼西亚各方都认为需提高自身实力,才能更好地抓住贸易摩擦带来的发展机遇。为应对贸易摩擦威胁,印度尼西亚采取多种应对策略:对内进行改革,提高竞争力;对外积极寻求双边与多边合作,增加投资与出口。

Since 2018,Sino-US trade friction have gradually escalated,and it has influenced the trade,investment and financial markets of Indonesia.On the one hand,the Indonesian community believes that the trade friction has brought challenges to the Indonesian economy,impacting exports of affected industries in the country and slowing down its economic growth.On the other hand,it believes that the trade friction will also bring opportunities to Indonesia, such as the opportunity of trade transfer and attractingforeign investment. However, Indonesians in general believe that they need to improve theirown strength so that they could seize the opportunities brought about by the trade war. Inresponse to the threat of trade friction, Indonesia has adopted multiple coping strategies,including internal reforms to improve competitiveness, and external efforts to seek bilateraland multilateral cooperation to increase investment and exports.
