摘要
文章采用文献分析法,借助麦肯锡7S理论模型,深入剖析乡村旅游产业发展中的现状和困境,系统性的提出搭建乡村旅游产业发展框架的思路。研究认为,从战略规划分层级、产业结构完备性、制度体系系统性、管理风格灵活性、聚集人才专业性、技能培训深入性、发挥共同的价值观引领作用,这七方面搭建乡村旅游产业发展框架。旨在为乡村旅游产业发展中遇到的问题提供解决思路方法。
This paper adopts the literature analysis method and the McKinsey 7 S theoretical model to analyze the current situation and predicament of the development of the rural tourism industry,and systematically puts forward the idea of building the development framework of the rural tourism industry.The research suggests that the development framework of the rural tourism industry should be set up from the following seven aspects,hierarchical strategic planning,complete industrial structure,systematic system,flexible management style,aprofessional gathering of talents,in-depth skill training,and playing the leading role of common values.It aims at providing solutions to the problems encountered in the development of the rural tourism industry.
